All custom Products are made to order and in the order they are received. We try to get them out as soon as we can but sometimes we can run into longer then expected wait times. But we always try to ship as soon as possible.

We do not do returns on custom items. If a item breaks or gets damaged in shipping we ask that you send images and ship item back to us we will either refund money or replace item for damaged products only in shipping. If you change your mind and decide you don't want it anymore. I am sorry we do not do returns for changing ones mind.
