Lavender hot/ cold pack

Lavender Hot and cold rice pack. Handmade. Lavender essential oils Lavender bud Each heat pack is made with 100% cotton fabric and filled with only the highest quality Long grain rice. Just heat in the microwave and relax with therapeutic moist heat for up to an hour. Hot packs may also be stored in the freezer and used as an ice pack. Bag measures about 10" x 17” Heat: Place your heat pack in the microwave for approx 2-3 minutes (microwaves will vary) and enjoy the warm moist heat for an hour or more.
